Puan Rohaya Mohammad Yusof brings over three decades of experience in investment management, corporate finance, and capital markets.
She is the Chief Investment Officer of the Employees Provident Fund (EPF), where she oversees the global and domestic investments across multiple asset classes. Her leadership roles at EPF included Head of Private Market Investment Division (2017–2020), Head of Capital Market Department (2011–2017), and Head of Corporate Finance (2008–2010).
Before joining EPF, Puan Rohaya held senior positions in Corporate Investment Banking at Maybank Investment Bank (1990–2008) and began her career as a Senior Financial Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co.
She currently serves on the boards of Tenaga Nasional Berhad and Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy) from the Australian National University, Canberra, and is an Associate Member of CPA Australia.
YM Tunku Afwida was appointed as an Investment Panel Member of KWAP on 15 July 2024.
YM Tunku Afwida has held senior roles in investment banks. She was the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, she was the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of MIMB Investment Bank Berhad (now known as Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad) and from 1995 to 2003, she was Executive Director/Chief Investment Officer of Commerce Asset Fund Managers Sdn Bhd. She was also the Senior Independent Director of Telekom Malaysia Berhad before her retirement in May 2024 and was a Director and shareholder of Asia Equity Research Sdn Bhd from 2015 to 2022.
She is currently the Chairman of Affin Hwang Investment Berhad and a Board member of ENRA Group Berhad, SAM Engineering, Equipment (M) Berhad and DXN Holdings Berhad.
She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Economics and Accountancy from City University London, United Kingdom, qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
